Using Blissintale

Blissintale is a free, anonymous platform for sharing personal stories. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Blissintale is not a mental health service, crisis helpline, or substitute for professional support. Stories shared here are personal accounts, not advice.

What you can submit

Content submitted to Blissintale must be your own personal experience. By submitting, you confirm that what you share:

• Is genuine and comes from your own life
• Does not include hate speech, harassment, or content targeting any person or group
• Does not identify real people without their consent
• Does not promote violence, illegal activity, or self-harm
• Does not contain medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice presented as fact
• Is not advertising, spam, or promotional in nature

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you submit. By publishing on Blissintale, you give us permission to display it on the platform and share anonymised excerpts on official Blissintale social media channels. All shared content remains fully anonymous. We will not sell your story or use it for paid commercial purposes.

Because all submissions are anonymous, we have no way to verify authorship. If you believe something has been submitted using your words without your permission, contact us at hello@blissintale.com.

Moderation

We can remove any content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, at any time, without notice. We are not obligated to review content before it goes live, and we do not always provide an explanation when something is removed.

Mental health and distressing content

Some stories on Blissintale deal with difficult themes including mental health, grief, trauma, and loss. If you are struggling, please reach out to someone. In the UK: Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7) or NHS Mental Health. Worldwide: findahelpline.com.

Availability

We provide Blissintale as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, and we may change or discontinue it without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any harm arising from your use of Blissintale, including emotional distress caused by content on the platform. Use it with care.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Blissintale after changes means you accept the updated terms.
